Welcome to HOHA Decor! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of our website and services provided by Pianeta d.o.o., and govern all transactions made through our online store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • Consumer: Any natural person acting outside the scope of a trade, business, craft, or profession.

  • Withdrawal Period: The 14-day period in which a consumer may cancel their purchase without giving a reason.

  • Working Day: Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Slovenia.

All product offers on our website are non-binding and subject to availability. We strive to ensure that all product information, prices, and images are accurate. In case of obvious errors, we reserve the right to correct them and cancel affected orders.

The contract is concluded when you place an order through our website and receive a confirmation email from us. This confirmation signifies that the order has been accepted.

 

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

7. Return Conditions

  • The goods must be returned in original, unused condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Note: Custom-made or perishable items are not eligible for return.

 

 

8. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

 

 

9. Payment

Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure gateways. All payments are processed in accordance with applicable laws and data protection standards.

 

 

10. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 5–20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

All products are covered by a legal 2-year warranty under EU law. If an item is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

Regardless of the origin of the goods, Pianeta d.o.o. remains fully responsible for ensuring that the products comply with EU consumer protection laws and the terms of sale.

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@hohadecor.com. We will handle the issue on your behalf and coordinate with the supplier to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible. Customers do not need to contact any third-party suppliers directly.
