💸 Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your HOHA Decor purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below you’ll find our return and refund guidelines, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

 


 

🔁 Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@hohadecor.com with your order number and intention to return the product.
    Including your reason for return is optional but helps us improve.

  2. Our support team will provide detailed instructions and the return address.

  3. Carefully pack the item(s), preferably in their original packaging, to avoid damage during return transit.

  4. Send the item(s) to the provided return address within 14 days of notifying us.

 


 

📦 Return Conditions

To receive a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original or equivalent protective packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and received back in good condition.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

 


 

💰 Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that all return conditions are met:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 working days, using the original payment method.

  • If shipping fees were charged during the original order, they will also be refunded (unless only part of the order was returned).

  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment.

 


 

❗ Received a Damaged or Faulty Product?

We’re sorry! If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@hohadecor.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will respond as quickly as possible and offer a suitable solution – whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

 


 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items with clear signs of use or wear

  • Items not returned within 14 days after initiating the return

  • Any item returned without prior contact

 


 

🛠 Product Complaints & Claims (Reklamacije)

At HOHA Decor, we take product quality seriously. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to file a complaint (claim) in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Please follow these steps to file a complaint:

  1. Contact us at support@hohadecor.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage, including packaging if relevant.

  3. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days with a proposed resolution.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial or full refund

  • Other suitable solutions, depending on the situation

Please note:

  • Claims must be submitted promptly after discovering the defect.

  • Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions is not covered.

  • For damage caused during shipping, photo evidence of both the product and packaging is required.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
