Thank you for shopping with HOHA Decor! Below you will find detailed information about our shipping process, timeframes, and what to expect after placing an order.
🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to all countries within the European Union (EU).
We do not ship outside the EU at this time.
⏱ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
📦 Delivery Timeframe
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers’ international warehouses. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique and affordable home décor items. Please note the following estimated delivery times:

These timeframes include customs clearance and other international shipping factors that may vary by country.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to your email within approximately 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number provided. We use the 17TRACK system for full transparency and visibility.
💸 Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union.
No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
❗ Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to sender due to address issues, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
📷 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photographs of the item and packaging and email them to support@hohadecor.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
